Hello good morning.
I've been woken up by my mom's incessant talking on the phone.
I was annoyed at first until I realised what she was talking about.

Uncle Tan has be diagnosed with 3rd stage nose cancer.
It happened so suddenly, nobody would have expected it.
That's how unpredictable Life can be, and we don't know how lucky we are.

Uncle Tan is part of my dad's secondary school friends.
And his friends' children are my childhood friends.
Despite that we, the kids, have matured and we have drifted apart,
My dad and his friends still remained tight.
They gathered together and helped him to lessen his family's burden.
And right now, Auntie Ivy(Uncle tan's wife) is sick and my mom was calling the other moms to visit her.

SO MY POINT IS?
It's cool how everyone gathers together and helps Uncle Tan, despite the fact that they have other responsibilities to attend to.
Then I start to wonder, (touch wood) but what if it was me? Would my friends help me when i'm in need? Oh I wonder...
